All prices shown are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

We put our best effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this blog. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Kindly place your order(s) based on guideline set below;
  • Small order (below 50 pcs) - 1 week in advance
  • Medium order (51 - 100 pcs) - 2 weeks  in advance
  • Large order (101 - 999 pcs) - 3 weeks in advance
  • Bulk order (above 1,000 pcs) - 1 month in advance
*Note : Should you require urgent delivery due to some reasons, the above mentioned order duration guideline is still negotiable (depending on the current confirmed orders, time & items availability)

Once your order(s) has been placed, we will send "Order Confirmation Notification" within 24 hours via email. However, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to call or SMS us.

Upon receiving the "Order Confirmation Notification", kindly check that all information are correct and proceed to make payment.

All orders are handled manually on a first come first served basis. Order forms are expected to be filled up with accurate and complete information to expedite the transaction.

Orders that are placed & paid cannot be canceled. However, we are able to arrange for product exchange. Therefore all questions regarding BeeChoc product you wish to purchase, should be asked before placing your order.

Payment can be made via Online Transfer (i.e M2U, CIMBClicks), ATM or Cash Deposit to our  MAYBANK / CIMB account. Account No. will be provided in "Order Confirmation Notification".
We'd sincerely appreciate your kind cooperation to promptly notify your payment by provide us the following details, then email to beechoc@gmail.com or SMS to 019-7927942 (Pn. Areen) or fill-in below Payment Notification Form (which you can also find at the right hand-side menu);
  • Your Name
  • Date & Time of Payment
  • Payment Reference No.
  • Payment Amount (RM)

When you have completed payment and we have received your payment details, we will confirm your payment and order.

We reserve the right to void your order after 3 working days if we do not receive any response or payment from you after sending our "Order Confirmation Notification" over.

All delivery via POSLAJU will be done during normal working days (Monday- Friday). There will be no shipment on Saturday, Sunday & Malaysia's Public Holidays.

We shall provide a tracking no. upon request. The delivery is trackable on PosMalaysia's website; http://www.pos.com.my or you can also check directly at

For the convenience of all Segamat customers, we are happy to arrange for delivery or self pick-up at meeting point which can be arranged by appointment (depending on my availability). Please be advised there will be additional charges for delivery service.

Information required on the order form are for payment and shipping purposes.  We are committed to protecting your privacy. All of your ordering information including your name, address and contact number is protected for maximum security.
